Measuring service

Due to the importance of correct measures on the fit of a pair of footwear, we regret that we are only able to take orders from first time clients on an appointment basis.

In the United Kingdom we normally take measures in our workshop at Elder Street. However should you be in London but are unable to come to us let us know and we would be delighted to come to you.

For the convenience of our U.S. clients we currently visit Manhattan twice a year, in Spring and the Fall. We plan to extend our measuring service, in the near future, to the following cities:

Los Angeles, Tokyo, Moscow and Paris

Delivery

Our current time-scale for delivery, from the date of order, is roughly 6 months for first pairs and 4 months for repeats. Please note however that this is an estimate only.
